Teyalah Care is a disability service provider located in Melbourne that offers support in home and community settings, providing the quality care you and your loved ones deserve.
We develop our services in a way that meets essential client care needs and promotes the empowerment of individuals, families and communities as a whole.
At Teyalah Care, we specialize in providing appropriate first-class support focused on addressing the needs of clients, regardless of their disability or mental illness or age, and we enthusiastically welcome anyone seeking assistance throughout Victoria. Teyalah Care also provides services to NDIS participants with self-managed, plan-managed and agency-managed funding.
